On the way home from Canada we stopped at took the kids to our very first family movie. The kids LOVED the spaceship movie theater and couldn't wait to pose in front of Sullie. We debated between Despicable Me 2 and Monsters 2 and ended up going with Despicable Me 2 because it was showing sooner...
After the movie we headed to Grandma and Grandpa Jones' house for the night...
Charlie kept himself cool drinking sparkly water in Grandma's play cups while we waited for her to come home from work...
When Grandma got home she gave Charlie his birthday present!
We were all hanging out in the back yard when Auntie Tammy realized that ALL the Jones boys were present so we couldn't help ourselves from making them all line up and take a picture!
Later that night Max decided he wanted to stay the night with us in the trailer. This was the only picture I got of him before the poor little guy got sick and had to go home. Next time we will be sure to have a sleepover in the trailer...
The next morning was a quiet one. Grandma got sick as well so the kids laid around inside, being as quiet as could be as we packed up to head on home...
We headed straight to Grandpa Jim and Grandma Patti's house soon after. The kids spent the afternoon running around the yard while I cleaned up the trailer...
LOVE my big THREE year old...
ANGRY BIRD SOFTEE DOUGH...this stuff is like a sacred word in this house. The kids could not believe that Auntie Jenny got it for Charlie and were feeling a little jealous...
The next day the Mitchells went back home. Emily spent the night with Grandma Emily and the boys, Bryan and I spent the day with Grandpa on the boat crabbing...
We saw a seal swimming next to us...
We caught a huge starfish in one of the pots and the boys were excited to see us throw it back...
It's a keeper!
A few days later the kids and I had a play date at the Love's house...
These girls are two peas in a pod...
They got a new hot tub so the kids went swimming...
Bryan spent the entire week working and doing homework while the kids and I spent the rest of our week doing laundry, running errands and repacking the trailer in preparation for our BIG summer vacation...
The kids had lots of FUN playing in the backyard...
A little later in the evening more Jones family arrived for pizza..
The Lautenbach boys got Charlie some new trucks to play with!
Charlie was telling Grandpa Jones all about the fish he caught...
The Mitchells came up to spend some time with us as well...
It was Charlie's birthday so we got him a little cake and invited Grandma Emily and Uncle Mike to come out and celebrate with us...
Auntie Jenny got Charlie all sorts of Angry Birds stuff to do...
We spent the rest of the evening creating Angry Birds and John Deere tractors out of dough...
I think this little guy LOVES his grandpa...
