This first one really needs no explanation...
I spent four days in Albuquerque New Mexico and presented at the annual NNER conference. It was a phenomenal experience both professionally and socially!
As part of the conference we attended the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta...

The next morning it was time for my presentation. Just as we were getting ready to start a balloon landed randomly in the parking lot right outside our presentation room...
After our presentation a few of us headed into Old Town to do some exploring. We just so happened to be there on the same day as some of the original Navajo Code Talkers! It was such an honor to meet them and contribute towards their mission of sharing their story!
LOVED this guy! He is 96 years old and still traveling to share his story...
While I was in Albuquerque the kids were busy at home having lots of fun. The Darraghs took in Bryan and the kids for an evening and did a little birthday party for the kids since they were unable to attend the kids' birthday parties. To say we are blessed with the friends that we have would be an understatement!
The kids made me signs and sent me messages while I was away...
...and they even got a sleepover at Grandma Jones' house so that Daddy could have a night off!
Later that month we took the kids to Shugh Farms to play...
Emily made her "House Project" for school and showed it one evening...
Third Sunday at the Jones'...
I completed Tier 1 of GLAD training...
Emily had some tests done at the hospital and they came up negative! WOOT! WOOT!
Emily attended ANNIE at MacIntyre Hall with Olivia...
Emily's cousin Emma was in the play!!!
Emily had "Spirit Week" at school the week before Thanksgiving break. This was 80's day...

I didn't take pictures of the families we visited but one of my friends adopted a family from my school as well and sent me this picture. I LOVE this family and feel very blessed to have friends that shared in the holiday spirit of giving...

Gymnastics! The kids all attend gymnastics every Thursday night. The boys are in the same class and Emily is in the older class with her buddy Morgan. Charlie LOVES Coach Gordy who by chance was Daddy's coach as well when he was a kid!
