Second Saturday and Sunday...

On the second Saturday in November we headed up to Sumas to celebrate Sam and Savannah's wedding.  I didn't get any actual pictures of the wedding since Charlie insisted that I stand outside in 20 degree weather (he is still "allergic" to churches I think).

 

After the wedding everyone headed over to the reception for a FUN-filled night.  The kids played with Charlie and Jack's cars while they waited for dinner...

The kids coloring table was a big hit...

But when the music started this little boy NEVER sat down again...

We stayed the night at Grandma and Grandpa's house since we had to be up early the next day to celebrate Oliver's Baptism...

Halloween...

Halloween was on a week day this year so we celebrated with a pancake breakfast with butter cut outs to make the jack-o-lantern face...

Charlie, Grandpa Jim and I watched Jack's Halloween parade at school while Emily was in Kindergarten...

 

 

 

 

 

 We got a few pictures back in the classroom...

 Later that evening we all snuck out a did a little trick-or-treating around the neighborhood...

 

It was pretty windy and cold outside so we stuck to one loop around and then headed back home.  We had lots of trick-or-treaters at our house and the kids LOVED handing out lots of candy all night...

 

Pumpkins...

If you are wondering why my blogging has been postponed for so long it is because I have been internally conflicted with the idea of PAYING for my blog.  Apparently I have used up too much space in the internet world and now have to pay each month to continue my blog.  After a full month of deliberating on what to do I finally caved and decided to make the monthly payments.

Going to Gordon's to get pumpkins might be one of my favorite times of the year.

 Then we were off to see the giant pumpkin...

 The old truck was a big hit this year...

 But my favorite is always the old yellow tractor...
