These past three weeks have been insane but we are happy to announce that the sickies are gone and the kids are feeling 100%! Being in the house for almost 3 weeks with two incredibly sick babies was a little challenging at times but we made the best of it. Here are just a few snipits of our craziness...
Emily got some shots at her3 year check up and was loving her band-aids..
and Jack learned how to give himself a dosage of Ammoxicilan.
Some days it got a little sillier...a stocking hat, tee shirt and panties...
and other days were just plain precious. I just love watching Jack feed himself and Pablo with Emily's baby and kitchen utensils...
Most of the days Jack would lay still, snuggled against my chest. These are moments a momma never wants to give up but knowing that he was only doing this because he was so incredibly exhausted was kind of bitter sweet. One particular night he was really on a roll. The kids had just finished playing in the closet (their Halloween jammies glow in the dark and they love to look at their "bones" glow) and Jack was all about new trick on Thomas...
A few nights later it was all about Butch (yes, our sweet little kitty has been named Butch after the Cougar mascot)....
Please do not report us to animal cruelty. They really do play nice...sometimes...
My favorite days were the ones where we all hung out in our bed and played/sang some music. These will definitely be some of my best memories...
