Fall Festival 2011...

Every year Emily's preschool celebrates Halloween with a Fall Festival Parade.  They focus their instruction on teaching the kids the difference between real and make believe (i.e. bones vs. scary skeletons) instead of all that scary stuff that would just worry this litte girl to no end.

We got to preschool early to secure a few seats in front.  Then we all waited until the kids began to parade on in...

The three year olds sat on the floor, the four year olds sat in chairs and the big FIVE year olds stood in back...

Emily spotted Grandpa Jim, Grandma Emily, me and the boys right away and focused all of her attention on us...

Mrs. Faber guided the kids through each song with Pumpkie the Pumpkin...

Then the singing began...

After a spectacular show we got a few pictures of the class and then headed on home..
