We, Jenny, Zach, my mom, Bryan, the kids and I, spent a weekend in October visiting my grandma and grandpa Mandeville. As soon as we arrived Auntie Jenny pulled out a stock pile of presents for the kids for Halloween... 
Jack's favorite present was this book. The animals move in 3D!
Emily's favorite present was inspired by some photo shoots with the SnapSisters. 
After many attempts of pressing it against her tummy she decided to run and jump and have it express it's wonderful whoopie cushion noise on her bum bum...
This was also the longest period of time Jack has ever sat for a book. It amazes me the differences there are in boys and girls...
After a long while visiting outside we decided to go outside and do some clean up work. Zach headed straight for the roof and blew off all of the leaves and broken seashells the seagulls had left behind....
...while Auntie Jenny swept off the upper deck. My grandparents live right on water (Puget Sound) and the view from the upper deck is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. Emily spent hours tossing enormous maple leaves off the deck.
Finally night fell and we all gathered on the upper deck for a fire. Emily ran straight to the fire for "some toasty buns"...
