On Saturday we headed up to Nooksack to celebrate Mallorie (Bryan's cousin) and Ryan's wedding. Our kids fell asleep on the drive up but were happily greeted by Grandma Jones and all of the cousins, making the wake up an easy transition...
The happy bride and groom gave some beautiful speeches...
While the kids played and played and played in the open field...I LOVE that these two have a special little bond....
There was a little garden area that kept the kids occupied...
Grace and Emily posed for a few pictures....
...then the kids dined on strawberry shortcake dessert....
I tried to get one picture of Charlie with Grandma Larson but he didn't quite cooperate...
Then we headed to the drive way and the dancing began. Mallorie gets the award for "bride of the year" for being the bestest hostess ever to these little kidlets. She danced and danced and danced away, entertaining them ALL night long...
...then "POP!" back up....
Jack didn't know what to think of all of that dancing...
...while Emily moved those twinkle toes all over the pavement like a professional...
Just before it got dark we got a quick picture of the two of us (and Charlie)...
Then the sun went completely away, nighttime set in and Jack began BEGGING us to take him home. Thank you Mallorie and Ryan for a magical night and best of luck to the two of you!
